Ashland Hill Media Finance has joined the co-financing team for Rupert Sanders' reimagining of The Crow, which stars Bill Skarsgrd, FKA Twigs, and Danny Houston, after the company debuted in Cannes.The movie, which is based on James O'Barr's original graphic novel, tells the tale of a man who is brutally killed and then returns from the dead to avenge the deaths of both he and his fiancée. Zach Baylin, an Oscar contender, wrote the script for the contemporary adaptation (King Richard).The producers Joe Simpson, Simon Williams, and Jonathan Bross founded Ashland Hill to help secure financing for the revival, which has recently entered post-production.
