A California investor has snapped up a McKinney industrial project. The 301,786-square-foot building at 350 Cypress Hill Drive was sold for $35 million by New York-based Thor Equities Group. Thor Equities last year acquired two warehouse buildings on the site near State Highway 5. The investor paid $35.7 million for both properties. In January Thor Equities sold the 129,914-square-foot Logistics Center at McKinney for $20 million to AC Industrial LLC of California. Now the larger building which was constructed in 2020 has been acquired by the same firm.
