A California real estate firm is boosting its investment in McKinney, a fast-growing hub for logistics firms. Buena Park, Calif.-based AC Industrial Properties LLC, which owns several industrial properties in Dallas-Fort Worth, bought the Logistics Center at McKinney Building B, a 302,000-square-foot industrial building in McKinney. The seller was a joint venture between New York-based Thor Equities Group and Morgan Stanley. Thor Equities Group owns $20 billion in real estate properties around the world.
